Sometimes art takes on a life of it's own when being created. Most works go pretty well but some can turn out even better. When I choose cards from any series to be my Artist Proofs they were what I considered the very best drawings or paintings in that series. This Gandalf is one of those. Please note: As to the two photos of my sketch card, the second, smaller, image is closer to the look and tightness of the original. The larger'gallery' image is too loose looking compared to the original. I've illustrated'Official Cards' for Cryptozoic (The Hobbit, Once Upon a Time, Downton Abbey), Rittenhouse (Game of Thrones Season 4) , Ken Galan's Sketch Art Productions Contemporary Pin-Up Cards, Viceroy, Unstoppable, Versicolor, Breygent, and Benchwarmer. 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches. All sketch cards are initialed on the front and signed and dated on the back. As with everything, computer and digital technology is not perfect.
